Protect your event for only $50.00

In the event you get sick, have a death in the family, unexpected injury or just need to change your date of your event.  For a $50.00 one time fee here is what I'm offering.

I'm offering a Insurance Policy,  (If you need to change your date for any reason you can plus or minus 45 days from the initial Event date*), I will work with you as long as I’m not currently booked or show a paarticular date as being blacked out date (not available for service) on the rebooking.  But you can only change your date once and, once you change your date you forfeit your Deposit and you can not reschedule the 2nd scheduled date.  This protects me from having to work and rework the same event over and over again. 

If you cancel the event for any reason without rescheduling (prior to 21 days) – I keep the $50.00 (Protection Plan) and send you back your deposit**.  If you elect to cancel your event you must wait 90 days before I will book another event with you.  Again, this protects me from having to work and rework the same event over and over again. 

Notes:

*Due to the number of events in December, I will extend your window 15 additional days for a total of 60 days..  This is due to the availability of reception centers during the holiday season.

**To cancel your event you must not be within 21 days of the event.   The reason for this is that it is hard to rebook any date when you are within 21 days of an event.  If within 21 days of the event, and I can reschedule another event, I will then refund your deposit minus the $50.00 protection fee if the plan was purchased at the orginial time the contract was signed.
