| - All Events will complete a Worksheet so the DJ has full knowledge of your expectations. - All Events have a signed contract - Contract is not Valid until Deposit is Received - DJ has the right to Cancel a Contract if no Deposit is received. - You can Cancel your event with a Full Refund* * Can Not Cancel event if within 21 days of the event ** ** If you purchase the Protection Plan you can receive a full refund minus the cost of the Protection Plan. - If for any reason you need to change your event date, I will make every attempt to work with you. - Only if an alternative date is available and is not a Blacked Out Date and the must be rescheduled with in + or - 45 days of the original event date. - DJ has DJ Liability Insurance to Cover any Damage Cause By Him at any of his Events. - Any Damage to his Equipment by the Host or any of the Guest at the Party is the responsibility of the person(s) who sign the contract. All Broken Equipment must be Replaced - DJ requires 2 each 15 AMP 110/120 Volt Plugs to run his equipment - Dj requires an assigned Parking Spot to be reserved and if need be paid for by the person(s) who signed the Contract. - This is because of the size of the Equipment and the DJ dose not want to cause any damage to any other vehicles during the Loading and Unloading Process. - DJ will arrive one hour before to setup his equipment and test the system and lights. The DJ will need one hour to breakdown his equipment after the event. - These policies are subject to change at the discretion of JR - By Request Owner.
